Research Studies and Findings Related to MeRT and TMS
Our approach is an innovative and targeted treatment based on powerful third-party research that has been published in the most prestigious scientific journals. Below you will find the peer-reviewed and published research regarding EEGs, rTMS, and MeRT that build the foundation of our approach to treatment of the brain.
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is the most studied neuromodulation approach for mTBI (four studies for depression, four for headache, one for cognitive impairment, and two for global post-concussive symptoms) with promising results for post-concussive depression and headache.

Antidepressants are the mainstay for treating depression, but their use is clouded by questions about lasting efficacy. A new study now suggests antidepressants may not improve people’s quality of life in the long run, compared to depressed people who don’t take this type of medication.
