RATES

Prices do not include tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Pricing is currently at a flat rate, not charged per person. Please verify your reservation information. You are responsible for dates booked online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee per cabin. Cancellations made within the 21 day non-cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total amount of the reservation regardless of reason.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% will automatically be billed to the credit card on file at the time of cancellation cutoff. *If reserving within the cancellation period, the full amount is due at the time of booking. Wellington Hometown Cabins guarantees availability of cabin or cabins reserved; guest guarantees payment of all dates reserved. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.

CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES

We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for our guests without charging extra cleaning fees. To maintain this, we kindly request that you leave the cabins in the same condition as you found them upon arrival. In the event that excessive cleaning is required beyond the standard cleaning time, we reserve the right to apply additional charges to cover the costs incurred by our cleaning staff.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out time is always 11:00am. We are running a convenient self check-in process at Wellington Hometown Cabins. You will receive the details of this process in your Final Payment email.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult. Please always mind the noise level out of respect for your neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of our cabins and the type of getaway we are offering, we do not host prom rentals, spring break groups, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. The minimum age to rent a cabin is 21 years old. Only the maximum amount of guests stated on the cabin description you booked are allowed.

VISITORS

Daytime visitors are limited. No more than 1 couple may visit any cabin without prior approval from Wellington Hometown Cabins management. No visitor may bring animals with them.

SMOKING

Smoking is NOT allowed in the cabins. This includes tobacco products, vaping products, and cannabis products. If we smell smoke or see signs of smoking in the cabin, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

PETS

All animals are prohibited in the cabins.

NO TENTS or CAMPING

No tents or any other forms of camping are permitted on the grounds. All lodging must be within our cabins and may not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Wellington Hometown Cabins will not be responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged. Wellington Hometown Cabins will only mail items back to you after the shipping has been paid.

DAMAGES

PETS

You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Wellington Hometown Cabins. Please take care of your cabin. All damages will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
